Lab analyses of the upstream well, downstream well and Trout Creek are enclosed. <br />Also enclosed are NPDES permit DMR's, sediment pond inspection sheets and field data <br />for the water samples. <br />Also, I received a fax letter from Tom Kaldenbach that a minor revision would be needed <br />if the company address has changed.
