Stage X was cleaned and graded as required in the <br />permit and Stage Z is permitted in the county for commercial <br />uses. We will continue to store topsoil in the north pile. <br />(4) Phase Z has been leased by a log house manufacturing company as a <br />construction yard. This was addressed in the amendment and Clear <br />Creek County has approved the area as a use commercial area.
