Results <br />of a file search by the Colorado Historical Society are attached. <br />' 15.0 Traffic <br />A detailed traffic impact study is included in Appendix 2. The study concludes <br />that the roadways to be used by the traffic from this project can support the <br />increased traffic with the following recommendation: <br />• A northbound left-turn lane should be constructed on Old Brighton <br />Road at the site access drive. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />I1 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br /> <br />i <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />The applicant has met with County Engineering staff and, as a result of that <br />meeting, has committed to building the turn lane and has submitted a design <br />drawing for that lane to the County (drawing included in this document). The <br />applicant also commits to dedicating right-of-way on his property adjacent to Old <br />Brighton Road sufficient to create 40-feet of right-of-way west of the centerline of <br />pavement on Old Brighton Road. <br />The applicant agrees to negotiate a Road Maintenance Agreement with the <br />County, and pay their fair share of road improvement costs (compared to other <br />gravel operators in the area). <br />Speer Mining Resource 15 <br />Asphalt Specialties Company, Inc <br />99035 <br />July 24, 2000 <br />
