In order to expedite the amendment process we are forwarding <br /> these concerns to you now so you will have more time to put together <br /> answers to the following questions: <br /> A. Please fill out the attached Amendment Application form currently being i <br /> used by the Division; the original submittal was on an old form. <br /> B. The Division suggests that you contact a soils specialist such as the <br /> Soil Conservation Service (SCS) , to obtain site-specific soils <br /> information for the amendment area. The information to be provided <br /> should include the general type, thickness and distribution of soil <br /> over the affected area. In addition, please provide the depth of <br /> topsoil to be salvaged, the approximate cubic yardage, where it will <br /> be stored and the depth of soil to be replaced. <br /> C.
