dated Februar 1 1984 , the staff has determined that it is

The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be
considered as filed (pursuant to the MLRB definition of "filed", as found in
Rule 1 . 1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board,
as amended, effective July, 1978) :

Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map
The map must show the proposed affected land, by all phases in accordance with
Rule 2.12(6) as follows:
(a) The expected physical appearance of the area of the affected land,
correlated to the proposed mining and reclamation timetables. The map
must show proposed topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient
detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of allreclaimed lands.
