It is my understanding <br />that DMG is responsible for forwazding copies to the Colorado Division of Wildlife <br />(DOW) for technical review. In this regazd, I have also enclosed one copy of "Report on <br />Storage of Cement Kiln Dust: Southdown, Inc.--Lyons Plant" prepared by Banks & <br />Gesso, LLC and Grant Environmental, Inc. This report addresses ground water issues at <br />"C" Pit, and a copy was requested by Sharlene Haeger with the -DOW office at Lon <br />Hagler State Wildlife Area in Loveland.
