The table is actually labeled as Exhibit 12. Change Exhibit 12 to table 4A and submit revised report pages. 10. During WY 1993 groundwater monitoring well SOM-l28-H was required to be monitored monthly. Table 4 on page 7 has an incorrect reference for this well as to the required sampling frequency. Please submit a revised report page. Only two sample rounds are reported for this well in Appendix H. If additional data are available for this well, please include them and submit a revised report page for appendix H. 11. Please provide an explanation why monitoring well SG-1 was only sampled once. This well is required to be sampled three times per year for both water level measurements and water quality measurements. Refer to Appendix H. 12: In Appendix H, monitoring well SbM-38-I-I-1 shows that a water level was obtained for fhe 06/10/93 sample date, but no sample taken. Please explain why these data are missing. 13. In Appendix H, monitoring well SW-1 shows that a water level was obtained on 06/09/93 sample date, but no sample was collected. Please explain why the analytical data are missing from the report. Well and static depth information provided in the Appendix H Table indicates that there was sufficient water to obtain samples from both SOM-38-H-1 and SW-1. 14. The following additional analytical data are missing from the groundwater monitoring data summary in Appendix H: • DO was not provided for SOM-16-H on 06/10/93. • DO, pH, specific conductance, TSS, was not provided for C-72- H on 06/10/93 sample date, and pH, specific conductance, and TSS were not provided for C-72-H for the 09/05/93 sample date. • pH, specific conductance, and TSS are missing fot" all sample dates for SOM-129, JMB-12, and SOM-128-H.
