NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />Project: Refuse Pile <br />Location: Foidel Creek Mine <br />Client: Twentymile Coal Co. <br />Project No.: 99-3983 <br />Report No.: 22 <br />Date: 10/07/04 <br />Time: 4.0 <br />Mileage: 45 <br />Engr./Tech: CR <br />Work Pertormed: <br />As requested, we visited the project site on this date and conducted nuclear density test No.'s 289 through 295 on <br />the material being placed in the refuse pile. <br />Twentymile Coal Company crews had previously placed and compacted processed Waste Coal in Areas 2 and <br />2 '/z of the pile. <br />We obtained two composite samples of the material being tested and delivered them to our laboratory for <br />checkpoint Proctor determination. The composite samples matched Sample Numbers 8 and 9 for this project. In <br />addition, an individual sample was obtained at each test location for moisture content determination. <br />Remarks: <br />The material tested generally met the project specifications for compaction. <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Dave Wallace of Twentymile Coal Co. was notified of today's test results. <br />
