4.1.4 Buildings <br />The process facilities, control room, lab and warehouse are housed in a metal 80' <br />x 180' building. A 40' x 40' administration building is attached. Smaller buildings <br />house lubricants, fire pump and electrical equipment. Three storage and sleeping <br />trailers are on site to support the drilling activity. <br />4.1.5 Wells within the NaTec Lease Boundaries <br />As of 12/31/91, no change in production well count or status had occurred during <br />the previous 12 month period. 90-5 remained the injection well and 88-1 the <br />recovery well. No new injection or recovery wells were drilled or converted during <br />1991. In addition to the two production wells (90-5 and 88-1), there are 13 <br />monitoring wells and one water supply well (refer to Table 4-1-. <br /> <br />4.1.6 Site Fencing <br />An eight-foot woven wire fence was built around evaporation ponds and a four <br />strand barbed wire fence was constructed most of the way around the plant <br />facilities, around IRI-1 and around EX-2 monitoring wells in 1990. In the spring of <br />1991, the remainder of the plant fence was completed along the south-east <br />portion of the facilities. This portion includes a gate for wellfield access. A four <br />strand barbed wire fence was constructed parallel to County Road 24, along <br />NaTec access road to BLM cross fence north of Yellow Creek Jeep Trail (Co. Rd. <br />831, for a total of 3.8 miles, in the spring of 1991. This fence was to mitigate <br />livestock impacts from NaTec access road and as a range improvement project. <br />Also, four strand barbed wire fences were constructed in 1991 around topsoil <br /> <br />16 <br />
