(3) We will continue to mine in the area colored brown until the in
the directions shown on the map. We may also begin to strip and
mine into the western finger if needed. Stripping will continue
on area above the face of the mine in the central part of the
mine and the soil will be used for reclamation. We expect to
mine approximately 6.00 acres next year.
(4) We will shape the exterior side slopes once the perimeter of the
mined area is reached. Existing topsoil stockpiles along the
sides and on the bottom of the pit have overgrown with weeds so
we do not have an erosion problem at this time. We will continue
to salvage topsoil from the newly stripped areas as mining pro-
gresses.
