The ratio of the low.flow of Williams Fork ltivei to the:
design flow of the Eagle ivline discharges is 3.2:1 at low flows.. Nearby facilities were not found to
impact the assimilative capacity calculations in this assessment. However, due to the small available
dilution and high in-stream ambient water quality concentrations for sortie pazameters, analyses
indicate that assimilative capacities aze relatively limited for several pollutants.
Information used in this assessn-,ent includes data gathered from the RAG Empire Corporation, the
Division ofMinerals and Geology, and the U.S Geological Survey. The data used in the assessment
consist of the best information available at the time of preparation of this WQA package.
II.
