<br />A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT L]MITATIONS

<br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit, and lasting through March 31, 2007, the permittee is authorized to
<br />dischazge from outfalls 003, 004, 007, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, and 024 the mine
<br />water or surface water nmoff, before entering the Williams Fork andJor Yampa Rivers. In accordance with the Water Quality
<br />Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations; Section 62.4, and the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations,
<br />Secfion.61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. ]002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the
<br />following limitations specified below or exceed the flow ]imitation for outfalls mentioned below in the following tables.
<br />a) Outfalls 004, 007, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, and 021 - (surface runoff only) - -
<br />ALTERNATE LIMITATIONS
<br />Any discharge or inciease in volume of a discharge caused by precipitation witivn any 24-hour period eieater than the 10-veaz.
