<br /> <br />Other re vegetation areas done in previous years were well enough <br />established that growth was maintained even though moisture was <br />insufficient to establish new growth. This undoubtedly was due to the <br />deep rooting of the previously established vegetation, rooting that went <br />well below the dry zone in the upper six inches during the time the <br />seeding of the large slope was in the process of failing to grow. <br />RULE 2.41 7 ESTIMATES OF THE LOCATION AND NUMBER OF ACRES TO BE <br />AFFECTED IN THE COMING YEAR. <br />It is anticipated that the area of affected land will expand by an <br />acre or two into the dike area.
