This certification covers February -April 1985. The <br />shipment of coal waste was completed on June 19, 1985. The sloped have <br />been graded and piezometers and stability monuments have been installed in <br />the lower bench. As noted on the phone June 20, 1985, we do not intend to <br />place the colluvium cover on the slope until fall just prior to seeding. <br />Another certification will be submitted within a month to cover the end of <br />the coal waste placement and the completion of the underdrains. <br />If there any questions about this certification or the remainder of the project <br />let me know. <br />Yours truly, ! <br />Larry,dVI.
