The report contains General Facility Information, Land <br />Application Site Information, Cumulative Loading data, Biosolids Application Summary, Soils <br />Analytical Data (for land applications made in 1999 for which three cropping cycles are <br />complete), and the required Certification. All other pages in the annual report form are mazked <br />"See Producer's Reports" to prevent redundancy of information included with reports submitted <br />by co-permittees. <br />Please note that applications made to the Mayflower Land Application Site at Climax by the <br />Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant (BMP # 0405) are reported separately by Snake River. <br />In addition Pazker AG Services, under BMP #1352, will be reporting their composting of the <br />Dillion/Silverthorne Joint Authority (JSA), Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan <br />District, and Frisco Sanitation District biosolids under separate cover. All Class A biosolids aze <br />reported by Parker AG Services. <br />In 2002, a total of 545 dmt of Class B biosolids were applied to 18.2 acres of the Robinson land <br />application area. This volume included 119 dmt of staged 2001 biosolids and 426 dmt of 2002 <br />biosolids. Loading and pollutant concentrations aze calculated using weighted averages between <br />the producer analyses, and account for the year that the biosolids were produced. The biosolids <br />i <br />
