In 2000 seeded species survival was fair <br />with light grazing. <br />In 2000, three species (whiplash, streambank, Geyer's) of willows were transplanted along <br />Stake Spring Gulch approximately four miles from the intersection with Yellow Creek. The State <br />DOW land was fenced to prevent cattle grazing, but within one month approximately 10% of <br />the willows were damaged by cattle grazing. <br />6.4 Safety and Security <br />6.4.1 Safety Pro4ram <br />The main features of the safety program are: <br />• a. A physipl exam (including audiology and respiratory testing) <br />b. Issuance of a safely policy manual upon employment <br />c. Anew hire safety indoctrination <br />d. Safely training at least monthly <br />e. Inspections of fie extinguishers, exit lights, and fire suppressions systems <br />f. Safely incentive awanis <br />6.4.2 Securi <br />Security at the plant has not proven to be a problem. The site is in a remote location, fenced, <br />and the plant is manned by employee's 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.
