' NCIC -1992 HYDROLOGY RBPORT Page 2
' 2.0 HYDROLOGIC MONITORING
' 2.1 Data Collection
' Field and laboratory data were collected during the spring, summer,
fall, and winter quarters of the 1992 season from the following
' monitoring sites: OW-3L, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15 as per the June
13, 1988 NCIG Technical Revision (OW-4L was destroyed during 1989
and replaced by OW-15, as previously discussed). In addition, well
' LO-1, located at the proposed load-out facility was also monitored.
Monitoring was performed on the following dates:
' Spring March 24, 1992
Summer July 22, 1992
Fall October 10, 1992
Winter Inaccessible due to heavy snow (wells
will be sampled as soon as possible and
' the results forwarded).
Field and laboratory data were collected during the fall quarter
' (annual sampling frequency), and field parameters only were
collected during the spring and summer quarters (quarterly sampling
' frequency). During the winter quarter, the wells have been
inaccessible due to heavy snowfall in the area. NCIG intends to
' sample the wells yet this winter, but the sampling event will occur
after the due date of this report. The results will be forwarded
to the Division as soon as they are available.
1
Since the tunnels have remained sealed since 1986 and there has not
' been any activity on the site during 1992, NCIG has remained on the
quarterly field parameters, annual lab analysis schedule through
' 1992. This schedule will be maintained until activity resumes at
the site.
ilkAad J. Ca0oxe~ 1971 Hydsdu® Report
' Jaorm~ 31, 1993 NC/C, Ine.
LJ
