Laragmie-~o~x+ill~ <br />Permit No.: i't ~ <br />' e) A totalizing flow meter must be installed on the well and maintalned in good <br />wortcing order. Permanent records of all diversions must be maintained by the <br />well owner (recorded at least annually) and submitted to the Division Engineer <br />' upon request. <br />fl Production is fimited to the Laramie-Fox Hills Aquifer. The well must be <br />constructed with plain, non-perrorated casing properly grouted so aS to prevent <br />' intermingling of water between aquifers. <br />g) Pursuant to C.R.S. 37-90-137(9)(b) and the Denver Basin Rules, no more than <br />' 98% of the nontributary ground water withdrawn annually shall be consumed <br />and the applicant shall demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the State <br />Engineer that no more than 98% of the water withdrawn will be consumed. <br />h) The owner shall mark the well in a conspicuous place with appropriate well <br />permit numbers, name of the aquifer, and court case numbers.
