Surtace and side slopes were inspected for slumps, tension cracks, and other <br />indications of potential failure. <br />Threat to Human Life or Property: <br />None observed. Location and placement minimize potential impacts to life or property. <br />Potential Harm to Land, Air, and Water Resources: <br />None observed. Location of the waste bank minimizes potential impacts td land and water resources. <br />Maintenance Required: <br />Erosion has led to sill accumulations in the contour furrows diverting runoff to the riprapped <br />drainage channel.
