The following changes in the Mine Plan were addressed in 1995: <br />• 1. Received approval from the EPA and BLM regarding Section 6, Volume 5 <br />of the Mine Plan to incude cavity #4 with production wells 4-1 V, 4-2V and <br />4-3H. A Right of Way was required for portion of 4-3H off-lease. <br />2. Updated Section 7, Volume 5 of the Mine Plan regarding disposal of barren <br />liquor and reverse osmosis unit. <br />3. Revised Section 6, Volume 5 of the Mine Plan to include deep well <br />submersible pumps in order to mine cavities #1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />4. Submitted proposed Mine Plan changes (Section 6, Volume 5) for high <br />extraction mining for Panel #1 (cavities #1, 2, 3, and 4) and extensions <br />to within 100 feet of the south lease boundary. A ROW for new drill pads <br />(cavities #1, 2, and 3) off the lease will be required. <br />• <br />4.3.6 Air Permit Status <br />No state APCD inspection of the site was performed in 1995. WRN notified the state <br />APCD that a temporary boiler was utilized with less that 5 mm BTU's !hour, and therefore <br />exempt from APEN requirement. A consulting firm determined that WRN was not subject <br />to the Title V Operating Permit program and the state APCD accepted that analysis. <br />Annual stationary source emissions fee was paid. <br />• 24 <br />
