<br />New Thornton Plant Section 404 Permit <br />B. Success Standards <br />Survival rates of herbaceous plantings will be 70% aerial cover by the end of three growing <br />seasons, as measured by permanently marked line intercept transects. Shrub survival will be <br />75%, as measured by permanently mazked line intercept transects. All mitigation sites will have <br />permanently marked and registered (compass point) photographic points. <br />C. Maintenance <br />Interim remediation during the 3-yeaz monitoring period will consist of replacing plants as <br />required meeting the success standards. <br />D. Construction and Inspection Sequence <br />Mitigation will begin in Yeaz 1. A wetland ecologist will be present during each phase of <br />planting and monitoring. Field reports will be generated for each of these tasks.
