WETLAND IMPACTS (continued) <br />Area Two <br />This area will be the firs[ to be mined. The disturbance will include the dredging and excavation <br />of 3.40 acres of wetland for aggregate recovery (Table 1, Drawing 4). Afrer mining is complete, <br />the excavation will be filled with fine particulate from the processing plant, to ultimately become <br />the mitigation site. <br />Area Three <br />The disturbance in Area Three will include the dredging and excavation of 6.0 acres of wetland <br />for aggregate recovery with some disturbance for ditch realignment and slurry wall construction <br />(Table 1, Drawing 5). Afrer mining is complete, this area will be inundated to create a reservoir. <br />Area Four <br />The disturbance in this azea will include the dredging and excavation of 3.7 acres of wetland for <br />slurry wall construction, ditch realignment and aggregate recovery (Table 1, Drawing 6). Upon <br />project completion, this area will be inundated for reservoir construction. <br />Area Five <br />This area will have 3.8 acres of disturbance associated with slurry wall construction, ditch <br />realignment and aggregate recovery (Table 1, Drawing 7). Upon project completion, this area <br />will also be inundated to become part of a reservoir. <br />VII. MITIGATION PLAN <br />A. Disturbed and Mitigated Wetlands <br />Wetland function before disturbance and following proposed mitigation aze given in Table 2. <br />Construction documents developed for the mitigation sites will include typical sections and site <br />plans. The following will be specified in detail on the construction drawings: <br />• plant materials to be established in the mitigation sites, including species to be seeded <br />• method(s) of setting and establishing plant materials and seeding <br />• site prepazation, top soiling, fertilizer application and other soil amendments, as needed <br />Sec[ions 16, 17 and 9, Township 2 South, Range 67 West, Latitude 39° 53' 15", Longitude 104° 53' S0", / / <br />UTM 508'3omE e,14eoo°,N, Permanent Disturbance = 24.1 acres <br />
