It is our opinion that this sites does not require a dischazge permit at this <br />time. Should you begin operations in the fumrc, and need to discharge process water or stormt+vater, you will <br />have to obtain new permit coverage for thou discharges. <br />From this process a refund or additional fee may result and if so, you should receive notification within the next <br />30 days.
