footprint and storage piles which will largely be placed on previously disturbed areas.
Approximately 0.15 acres remain for excavation at Site B. Up to 0.3 acres are available
at Site D, however, approximately 0.20 will be opened this season.
Any prospects will be kept under 40' x 40'.
Proposed 2006 Reclamation:
All of Site B should be filled, reseeded, and re-contoured at the close of 2006 season for
full reclamation. Approximately 75% of Site D which is opened this season will also be
temporarily reclaimed. A small area on Site D will remain open for mineral extraction.
We will plant approximately 60 Douglas fir and ponderosa pine on Site B and other
prospects which have been reclaimed.
All prospects opened this season, except for the last prospect opened, will be filled, re-
contoured, and reseeded. The prospect to remain open will be that prospect where time
runs out to continue work, possibly prospect No. 009.
Sufficiency of Bond:
A reclamation bond of $ 4,905 with the State of Colorado along with a $900 bond with
the Federal Government are set aside to cover annual reclamation efforts for this mining
permit. An additional $2,000 bond is set-aside-with the State of Colorado to cover annual
prospecting operations.
Respectfully submitted,
7OS H L.
