As required by Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Report: <br />(1) By February 15, or other such date as agreed upon, each permittee shall file and annual reclamation report covering <br />the previous calendar year for all areas under bond. The report shall include, but not be limited to, text, discussion <br />and maps which address: <br />(a) The name and address of the pemrittee and permit number; <br />(b) Location and number o£ acres disturbed during that year, <br />(c) Location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that yeaz, <br />(d) Location and number of acres topsoiled during that year, <br />(e) The speaes, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, including any augmented <br /> seeding or cultural practices; and <br />• <br />(f) Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously xevegetated areas. <br />(2) The petmittee may provide additional monitoring information as required by the approved permit <br />As presented in Tab 13, Annual Reporting, SCC has committed to providing the additional information as put of the <br />Annual Reclamation Report; <br />• Annual herbidde applications and weed and pest control measures <br />• Annual topsoil balance tepotttng <br />• SoIl and spoil sampling results <br />• Revegetation monitoring <br />• Wildlife monitoring (when conducted) <br />• Results of sediment pond surveys (when conducted) <br />I • <br />• As-built designs for stock tanks constructed during the reporting year <br />SCC provides a certified Annual Report specifically addressing sediment and stock ponds. <br />6.
