One copy is bound and the other is loose. There is also
one set of the CD's containing photographs as well as a PDF format version of this report on disk 1.
This report covers the period from July 15, 2006 to July 15, 2007. The report was drafted to comply with the
requirements of the lease and the operation plan. Some of the items addressed in the report, such as the detailed
results of the first sampling of the new exdosures, were previously been provided. An unbound copy of this status
report has been provided to the Division of Minerals and Geology, less the CD's. The Corps of Engineers
apparently does not want atty copies of these reports. They are only interested in having the reports necessary to
comply with the 404 pertnit.
If you need additional copies or have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
~O 0
l,J
Mark A.
