The responses presented below satisfy Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) through 2.04.13(1)(f). 1 In addition, HGCC has included responses regarding the Office of Surface Muting (OSM) disturbed area categories that CDMG forwarded to HGCC in correspondence dated October 27, 1999. The seed mixture u presented in Exhibit 3, Table 1. That portion of the slump parcel still included in the pemtit area that was not disturbed in 1998 during the stabilization work (approximately 1.14 acres) was seeded for herbaceous cover in 1987. The seed mixture used in 1987 u presented in Exhibit 3, Table 2. Parcel 003 was seeded for herbaceous cover in 1987. The seed mixture is presented in Exhibit 3, Table 3. Parcel HG8 and Parcel E were seeded for herbaceous cover in 1982 and 1984/1985, respectively The seed mixtures aced for the two parcel are found in Exhibit 3, Tables 2 and 3, respectively.
