COLORADO 81302 <br />September 24, 1987 <br />T0: National King Coal <br />OFFICE !O! ]6l-OIIB <br />RESIDENCE 2A7.3Ea0 <br />SUBJECT: Quarterly Inspection, Huntington Ditch, Third Quarter, <br />1987 <br />1) The third quarterly inspection of the Huntington Ditch, King <br />Coal Mine, La Plata County, Colorado, was made on August 11, <br />1987. <br />2) The ditch was found to be in good structural condition but <br />in need of clearing. <br />An inspection was made of the Huntington Ditch on August <br />11, 1987. The ditch was found to be in sound and satisfactory <br />structural condition but in need of clearing of weeds and plants. <br />The ditch was inspected for evidence of leakage, damage due to <br />erosion or other damage which might be caused by the effects of <br />underground mining. <br />The purpose of the inspection was to meet requirements <br />established by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />for quarterly inspection of the Huntington Ditch. <br />- F d M.
