• FIRST HALF 1995 SUB ID .N . 4 TRVEY F.pORT <br />I. Survey Data <br />During the first half of 1995, subsidence survey data was collected on an approximately <br />quarterly basis from established monuments on Routt County Road 27 in those areas <br />underlain by gate roads or panel centers (refer to Figure 1 for monument locations). <br />Table 1 provides a summary of the collected data for stations Rl- R6 located over the <br />gate roads at the west end of the 1 Southwest longwall panel, for station R7 situated over <br />the center of the 1 Southwest longwall panel, and for stations R8-R15 located over the <br />gate roads on the south side of the 1 Southwest longwall panel. During the first half of <br />1995, monitoring of County Road sites associated with the 2 Southwest longwall panel <br />was also completed. Site R16, situated over the center of the 2 Southwest longwall <br />panel, and stations R 17-R20 located over the gate roads on the south side of the 2 <br />Southwest longwall panel were monitored on an approximately quarterly basis. <br />Additional survey information for the Fish Creek AVF SOOO line consisting of six points <br />established to verify that subsidence resulting from the mining of the 2 Southwest <br />longwall panel does not extend into the Fish Creek AVF was also collected during the <br />period. This information is also provided in Table 1. The SOOO line survey monument <br />• locations aze depicted on Map 23A. <br />II. Maps <br />Monument locations aze depicted on Figure 1 and Map 23A. The extent and sequence of <br />underground development during the period is presented as the Twentymile Coal <br />Company - Foidel Creek Mine monthly update map for the period ending 06/30/95. The <br />1 Southwest longwall panel was initiated in an pleted in December 94. The <br />2 Southwest longwall panel was initiated ' December 95 d completed in June 95 as <br />shown on the mont}tly update map. <br />Approximately 7600 feet of the 3 Southwest longwall panel is projected to be completed <br />during the second half of 1995 as indicated on the monthly update map. Segments of <br />Routt County Road 27 and the YVEA power line undermined during the reporting period <br />are shown on Figure 1. Surface topography is presented on Map 23A. No cross section <br />information was generated during the period. <br />III. Structures <br />Structures affected during the period include Routt County Road 27 and the YVEA <br />power line. Daily visual inspections of Routt County Road 27 were initiated 02/22/95 <br />• and continued through 04/23/95. Selected inspection sheets aze included in this report. <br />With the exception of the initial form completed, only those sheets showing other than no <br />additional impact observations aze included. All daily inspection forms aze available for <br />review at the mine office. Road damage requiring immediate repair work was evidenced <br />
