Cottony <br />Division Dlrector <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received (Northwest <br />Colorado Consultants, Inc. letter, July 7, 2006) and has reviewed (copy attached) the <br />subject report. The report is complete and timely. The Division notes that that refuse was <br />being placed and that surface drainage was adequate.
