Analysis reports were submitted to DMG upon receiF~t from the <br />analytical lab. <br />Bi-weekly, in accordance with NOV abatement requirement No. 3, and Weekly water <br />sampling and water level reading frequency continued throughout the year. P.nalysis <br />reports have been submitted to DMG upon receipt from the analytical lab. Evaluation of <br />the analytical results indicate that water quality has not been influenced by the mining <br />operation. <br />Lysimeters have been checked biweekly in accordance with TR-O6 QA/QC, throughout the <br />year and have remained dry. <br />Sampling of the San Luis City Well and The Shalom Ranch well occurred in January and <br />July and results have been forwarded to the applicable parties. <br />The underdrain at the base of the tailings embankment was monitored month y for rate of <br />seepage. The underdrain continually flowed at an average of 40 gpm. (See fable ~). <br />2 <br />
