Rule 2.04.13(1)(d)
Same comment as (b) above. acreage reported should be for the year, not life-of--mine.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(e)
Same comment as (b) above, acreage reported should be for the year, not life-of--mine.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(f)
The response to this Rule is where all areas previously planted should be included. The correct
acreage would be 6.37 in this case. Please make sure to include the date of planting as well. The
simplest way to do this is to indicate the date of planting on the map. Also, it is good to include
a table of species included in the seed mix for future reference.
Review of the map also indicates some inconsistencies. The map indicates the sediment pond is
a "disturbance yet to be reclaimed" but the permit clearly indicates the pond is to remain as
permanent. In future reports, you may chose to change the designation on the map of the short
stretch of road and the sediment pond to "disturbance approved [o remain as permanent" and
drop the category of "disturbance yet to be reclaimed ".
Please make any of the above corrections or changes in future reports. Thank you for your
diligence in completing your monitoring and reporting requirements. Please call me if you have
any questions.
Sincer ]y, ~~
~^-`-
Kent Gorham
Environmental Protection Specialist
CC: Dan Hernandez, DMG
