Long <br />D,vu,on Dueunr <br />The Division of Minerals and Geolog}r (Division) has completed review of the 1998 Annual <br />Reclamation Report for the Rimrock Mine, permit no. C-89-074. This review was conducted to <br />verify compliance with Rule 2.04.13 of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) <br />The report was received by the Division on March 9, 1999. Please submit future reports by <br />February 15 of each year. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) <br />The name, address, and permit number is provided. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) <br />The location and number of acres is provided for the life-of mine (12.95 acres). In future reports <br />please provide only the number of acres disturbed during the year, which in this case for 1998 <br />would be zero. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) <br />Same comment as (b) above, acreage reported should be for the year, not life-of--mine. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1}(d) <br />Same comment as (b) above, acreage reported should be for the year, not life-of--mine. <br />
