Permutes Nams: Alh~ral and Sons, Inc • Pape 2
P9rmit No: M-86-079
Operation Nams: M&G Pit
Anniversary Data: 08 / 03 / 99
areas colored green (11.94. acres t). No revegetation work was preformed Iliis yc~ai'
nor is it required until recoiling is complete. We have approximately 8,OW yd~ of
soil stockpiled along the north side of the pit and 5,000 yd3 in the west area (ma-
genta). We estimated 10,000 yd3 will be needed for recoiling purposes on the
remaining perimeter of the lake. The rest will be used as fill in the northern section
as approved in the plan. We aze hauling soil to the south slope along the owners
access road to rebuild those slopes. We expect to be done with this in time for fall
planting.
(3) Mining will resume on the 1.05 ac. t on the west area (yellow) this year once the
stockpiles are gone on the east side. The material left will be hauled to another
operation for processing once that happens.
(4) Above water sloping will continue on the west, south and northern ends of the
property. Reclamation will continue on the above water bank slopes and once mining
is complete on the lake shore area, the slopes will be graded as required. If recoiling
is done we will revegetate according to the approved plan.
(5) The curtent contact for this pit is:
Mr. Albert R. Fref (J03) 288-18J7
Albert Frei and Sons, Inc.
