Operation <br />continued as approved in the original permit. This pit HAS NoT been granted a Temporary <br />Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for <br />this operation is 549,000; the permitted area is 109.00 ac. t and the pit is not Phased. A <br />sign that conforms with rule 8.7 SIGNS AND MARKERS is located at the entrance to the pit. <br />Please refer to the Annual Report map for the location of azeas discussed in this report. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in <br />Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations, and in the annual notice letter. <br />(1) No new area was disturbed this year. We completed mining on the Plant Site area <br />and are in the process of removing stockpiles of material. The total disturbance to <br />date is 84.29 ac. t; of which 66.45 ac t is lake area; 7.81 ac. t is backfilled; 1,30 <br />ac. t is topsoil piles; 1.51 ac. t is stripped ready for mining and 1.05 ac. t is <br />road. <br />(2) No reclamation was required this year. Backfilling is continuing along the east bay <br />area of the property and final grading was completed this spring on the above water <br />slopes. We have a total of 7.81 ac. t filled on the north side (tan). The majority of <br />the area left to be mined will be part of the lake area when mining is complete <br />(yellow) and only two small areas on the north and south sides of the old Plant Site <br />will be bank shore (approx. 35 ft). Above water bank sloping started this year totals <br />2,653 feet f, is along the south side of the mine and along the south side of east bay <br />(/// cross hatch). The above water sloping and recoiling is completed this year on the <br />
