Permittee Name: AIG Frei and Sons, Inc Page 2
Permit No: M-86.079
Operation Name: M&G Pit
Anniversary Date: 08 / 03 / 98
(8.09 acres ±). We also plated 50 honey locust trees along the road this spring. No
revegetation work was preformed this year nor is it required until resoiling is
complete. We have approximately 15,540 YD3 of soil stockpiled along the north
side of the pit. We estimated 12,200 YD3 will be needed for resoiling purposes on
the remaining perimeter of the lake. The rest will be used as fill in the northern
section as approved in the plan.
(3) Mining will continue on the Plant Site this year once the processing plant is removed.
The material left will be hauled to another operation for processing once that happens.
(4) Above water sloping will continue on the east bay and northern end of the property.
Reclamation will continue on the above water bank slopes and once mining is
complete on the lake shore area, the slopes will be graded as required. If recoiling is
done we will revegetate according to the approved plan.
current contact for this pit is:
Mr. Albert R. Frei (303) 289-1837
Albert Frei and Sons, Inc.
