Topsoil has been temporally stockpiled (brown) in two places until it is needed for re- coiling in Stage A. To date WMI has disturbed 47.84 acres ± which is approximately 53.18$ of the 89.96 acres they are allowed under the current bond. (2) No reclamation was required this year. Some temporary sloping was done this year along the east side of the area mined this year (brown). The topsoil piles that are not being added to were seeded this year. (3) Mining will continue in Stage A on the lands previously disturbed. If additional area is needed they will mine into the gravel face or lower into the reserve. Stages A, B and P will be used for stockpiling materials as needed. (4) No reclamation is required during the next year. WMI may establish more slope along the north perimeter as mining progresses in Stage A. These slopes will be temporary since there is still approximately 8 feet of material left until the floor reached the final reclamation elevation. The west face of Stage C will also be sloped to provide a stable face until that stage is mined.
