Monitr~ring has typically been limited by access problems during the winter months. As a result, full suite analyses are often only collected on a semiannual basis even though the current requirement calls for quarterly sampling. o Mesaverde formation groundwater monitoring wells DH580, DH- 600, and DI-I650 have been deleted frmn Table 1 per Permit No. C-81-038, Volume 1, Part 2.05, page 125. Monitoring well DH-700 has been corrected to reflect required monthly level and field parameter measurement and quarterly lab analyses. Water quality samples have been unobtainable at DH-700 since 1983. o Monitoring frequency requirements in Table 1 for colluvial groundwater monitoring wells designated as SM-1 through SM- 11 have been corrected to reflect monthly flow and field parameter measurement, and quarterly lab analyses per Permit No. C-81-038, Volume 1, Part 2.05, page 126. The required data was collected and reported in the 1990 AHR. o Reference to station P9000 has been deleted from Table 1 as monitoring of this pond is not required. o Stations SP0605, SP1211, and SP1307 are incorrectly designated in the 1990 AHR. The stations should be referred to as P0605, P1211, and P1307 to maintain consistency with previous reporting and permit tables. New data summaries with the correct site designations will be generated and forwarded to Q~IIRD for inclusion replacement in the 1990 AHI2 doc~anent.
