Dept. of Natural Resources <br />The following information is listed in the same order as asked for in <br />your 112 Annual Fee Letter of February 1, 1985. <br />1. No additional acres were affected by this mining operation <br />during 1984. Land currently affected is shown on the attached <br />map. <br />2. Reclamation has not been completed on any of the affected lands. <br />3. Areas undergoing reclamation are as follows: <br />AREA STAGE OF RECLAMATION ACREAGE <br />1 Revegetation 1.65 <br />2 Backfilling 2.78 <br />4. Within the area being revegetated, additional bushes and shrubs <br />were planted as part of a test program being conducted in conjunction <br />with the Douglas County Soil Conservation Service. A drip watering <br />system was also installed. Details of this program, including types <br />of vegetation planted and locations and approximate dates of plant- <br />ing, are shown on the attached sheets. <br />5. All trees and shrubs, including those planted during the fall of <br />1983, were fertilized with 20-10-5 slow release pellets, one pellet <br />per plant, <br />All trees and shrubs planted during 1984 were planted in a horse <br />manure-soil mixture, <br />The slopes that were seeded were fertilized with a 20-10-5 mix at <br />the rate of 1.5# active N per 1000 sq. ft. <br />P.O.
