Each is mined by a different operator under this single permit. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporazy Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this yeaz. The approved bond amount is $84,200 covering 75.74 acres ±, and the facility has seven mining and reclamation phases. Please refer to the attached 2004-0225 Annual Report Map for the azeas discussed in this text. We will deal specifically with the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and those noted in the annual letter. (1) Clay - No new area was disturbed by the clay mining operation this yeaz. We continued to mine deeper on approximately 2.01 acres (//~ on the land previously disturbed (blue) north of the ditches in Stage II. Approximately 23.21 acres is disturbed by the clay operation in Stages O, I and II. This included the old clay mined azea south of the ditches, the Clay Plant Site (purple) and the storage area (tan). Gravel - A total of 12.75 acres has been stripped in Stage A to prepaze it for mining (orange). Mining continues place in the southeast quadrant of Stage A marked with the following hatching symbol (/!n, it cover 4.53 ac. ±. The gravel operation has disturbed 23.03 acres ± in the mine (yellow). Mining continued deeper into the deposit and expanded to the eastern permit boundazy. Some waste rock was removed for use by the mineral owners from the southwest prelaw stockpile azea. (2) No reclamation was required this yeaz. Filling continued on the old clay mining area in the green azeas shown in Stage O (green). No additional reclamation is required until mining for both materials is c any given stage. Construction of the required sight berm continued along the south side of the mine in Stages A & D and began on the northwest side of Stage C (magenta). This is required by the county permit.
