SUBSIDENCE MONITORING REPORT FORMAT <br />1.0 Annual Subsidence Monitoring Report (Year- end Report) <br />1.0.1 ReportTimine <br />This report shall be a separate report which will wincide with the Annual <br />Hydrology Report and will be submitted by April 30, of the calendar year. The <br />information will reflect data collected through December 31 of the preceeding <br />year. <br />1.0.2 Report Contents <br />1.0.2.1 Report Format <br />A) Description of Surveying Methods,Techniques and Survey Schedule <br />B) Elevation Differences -This section shall show the differences bet`veen <br />the current survey, the previous survey, and the original topography. <br />This information will be in tables or drawings. <br />C) Predicted Subsidence vs. Actual Data Comparisions -This section will <br />become part of the text. <br />D) Topographical Map -This drawing will identify and define subsidence <br />monuments for the F- Seam and B- Seam and the bench mark <br />locations. <br />E) Mine Plan Map -This information will be shown as either a "stand - <br />alone "map or will be incorporated with D above and will depict mining <br />advance for development sections, and mining retreat for the longwall. <br />F) Subsidence Results -This information will be in tabulaz form. <br />G) Subsidence Profiles - It is anticipated that three profiles over the <br />subsidence network will be adequate to assess both the F-Seam and B- <br />Seam workings. <br />H) Visual Survey -The results of a visual survey will be discussed in <br />the text. <br />I) Hydrologic Consequences of Subsidence -This section <br />would include information on subsidence effects on ground and surface <br />water. <br />n Discussion -This section will address any other information relevant to <br />subsidence monitoring, e.g. subsidence effects both visual and <br />structural. <br />
