Czpt, of Natural fcesoarces <br />Mined Land Reclamation <br />Room 7'23 <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Dear Board Members: <br />July 1, 1977 <br />Re: Annual Reclamation Report <br />Permit No. 74-86 <br />Please find enclosed our annual report, along with an appropriate map <br />indicating our status to date in regard to the above referenced. <br />You may recall by definition Included 1n our Jefferson County Resolution, <br />(copy attached) reclamation of the site shall commence during the third <br />year of the five year special exception. <br />Inasmuch as conclusion of year number two will be on July 22 of this <br />year, the commencement of year number three finds us ready to proceed <br />on a phased reclamation schedule according to original plan. <br />P~sical Appearance <br />Presently the removal of material is being conducted so that the base <br />or floor of the operation will be level with the surrounding area. No <br />hole or depression of aqy depth will be left upon completion of mining. <br />There will also be a slight crown left in the middle of the property <br />running North and South so as not to interfere with the natural drainage <br />pattern. <br />
