Operation of the mine is <br />conducted in accordance with provisions of our Minirtg and Reclamation Permit NO. C-81-041 and in <br />accordance with Hiles set forth in the Regulations of the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Division. The <br />inmal approval date of this permit was January 3, 1983, and has subsequently been renewed m 1988 and 1993. <br />This notice is to confirm and update previous information regazding underground mining under portions of <br />your property. <br />Mining location - Township !0 South, Range 98 West, 6dt P.M. Section 02: A pazcel of land located <br />in I.ot 09 and Section Ol: Lat 03. <br />2. Date of mining activities that could cause subsidence and affect specific structures -Mining bas <br />ocaured under property identified as currentty being owned by you during a period from October 1979 <br />through May 1986. Subsidence has been detected on your surface. Continued subsidence affects aze <br />possible due to the nature of underground mining. <br />3. Measures taken to prevent or control adverse surface affects -The roof control practice of leaving full <br />aM partial pillars has min;mbrd the surface affects of subsidence. Protection of Rapid Creek and your <br />pipeline will be a major consideration for future mining under this property. <br />Further information on detail of mining locations and times aze available at the mine site.
