The name and permit number of the mine and the name and address of the permittee <br />are: <br />Carbon Junction Mine (CDRMS permit number C-92-080) <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway <br />Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 <br />telephone (940) 322-4772 <br />b). No additional acreage was disturbed in 2006. None of the reclamation activities <br />undertaken in 2006 entailed additional disturbance. <br />c). Backfilling and final grading took place at the North Pit, North Pit Haul Road, Topsoil <br />Stockpile #2, areas within the Previously Reclaimed Spoils Area, South Pit Drill Pad, <br />Equipment Yazd, and ancillary areas within the Carbon Junction Mine during 2006. <br />d).
