TR-010 Construction and Operation of the INCO Circuit
On July 31, the construction and operation of an INCCI SO,_
Cyanide Detoxification Circuit was approved. The INC:O
circuit monitoring and pond compliance as specified -n TR-
O10 was initiated on November 15. With the implementation
of the INCO Circuit, the San Luis Project has succes:;fully
maintained the cyanide levels in the upper and lower ponds
below permit standards. with the use of hydrogen peroxide,
the collection pond cyanide levels are also below permit
standards.
TR-011 Relocation of Cyanide Flo-Bin Storage Area
On September 21, the proposed relocation of the cyan__de
storage area was approved.
TR-012 warehouse Building Addition
On December 18, 1992, BMRI submitted a technical rev__sion
for a warehouse building addition. On February 19, :.993,
the warehouse addition was approved.
Reclamation Activities
The following is a description of reclamation activities for
1992. (See attached map.)
- The downstream face of the main embankment of
disposal area was hydroseeded with the following
