(114) 63"4'-4~t42~ - <br />RECEIV~~, <br />~ ~ 2 1995 <br />~~ or rounerais a c,eoio9y - <br />As required and directed, as (Owr.-Opr.)I am submitting d report, an updated <br />"Affected Lands Map" (ALM), and the completed report sheet sent to me in <br />February J.445 to provide .information regarding mining-reclamation operations <br />that were conducted during 1944 on the areas subject under Permit No. M-43-030. <br />Also please find my personal check for $75.00 as payment for the required annual <br />fee. <br />NOTE: r..~ :. <br />The.FALM), tias'heen:pr~vided.wath a.supplemental LEGEND item which explains <br />a color code tha£ ties been utilized at £he several locations on the (ALM) to <br />indicate the extent of a.ny mining-reclamation work conducted during 1994 from <br />April 15th thrQugh.Noyember 30th. I am of the opinion that the color code is <br />satisfactzor~ily self explanatory and should suffic2 to- assist anyone examining the <br />map to determine' tFie'type of operztions•,£hat occurred at any particular site. <br />If no color other than blue,or white appears ,at a site, then, nothing of <br />s`ianificance has been' done gat that bite. <br />The following report is submitted with the understanding that simultaneous <br />comparing of the (ALM) will be required to fully comprehend items treated in the <br />report narrative. <br />k'hile work actually started on May 18, 1994, it did not start on Parcel No. 1, <br />however, the parcels will he reported on in numerical order. <br />MINING PARf.EL N0. 1 on (ALM1 <br />Activity at (O. E.) no. 1 consisted of loadino the 12 blast holes drilled in 1493 <br />with dynamite firing the shot, cleanino out the hole, locating exposed leads <br />and pockets and collecting the values exposed by the shot. This was accomplished <br />on the 2nd and 3rd of June 1994. A small dozer was lased 10 hours to straighben <br />up the hole after the shut: Bet:,~een machine work times considerahle hand digging <br />in !yard rock was done in an effort to retrieve values from leads and pockets. On <br />July 15, 1994 a small backhoe was used 9 hqurs to trench around the lower qr west <br />edge of the harder granite and into the softer pegmatites where more leads and <br />pockets were expedited. No other work was done here in 1444. This site is <br />productive and will be mined in 1995. <br />MINIfJG PARCEL N0. 2 on (.ALM) <br />Activity at (O.
