It is suggested that copies of the seed tags be <br />included with the Annual Reclamation Report. Including information indicating which approved <br />seed mix was seeded in which location can be included on the Exhibit 2000-4 drawing. Please <br />include this information in future ARR's. <br />f) Location, number of acres, and date of planting of all previously vegetated areas: 400.37 acres, <br />locations are shown in annual reclamation reports for 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, <br />and 1999. <br />2) Additional info as committed to in the permit: <br />New Horizon Mine is required to conduct re-graded spoil monitoring to determine spoil suitability. <br />Spoil samples will be collected on regQ>eded spoils on a 600-foot by 600-foot grid. Samples will be <br />analyzed for EC, pH, and Boron. If the pazameters fall within the "unsuitable" range the "Unsuitable <br />Spoil Mitigation Plan" would be implemented. (permit page 2.05.4(2)(d)-4) Boron <5 ppm considered <br />suitable. <br />
