.. v <br />RECLAMATION COSTS <br />Henderson Mine <br />(February 1985) <br />Many affected areas are being revegetated, but are not consid- <br />ered totally reclaimed. Estimated costs and concomitant financial <br />warranty for such areas are adjusted downward as reclamation occurs <br />and upward to cover additional disturbed areas. Becau:;e of the <br />continuously changing acreage and status of affected land, the Board <br />stipulated that reclamation costs be updated every two years in <br />conjunction with submittal of the annual report and [nap. The <br />existing bond for $3.452 million was established in 1981 and more <br />than adequately covers the 1983-1984 estimated reclamation costs of <br />$3.304 million. we have refined our acreage estimates, otir methods <br />and our costs.
