6. ANALYSIS OF POSTMINING TOPOGRAPHY PROJECTIONS <br />R~uirement <br />The analysis of the postmuting topography will serve to verify the accuracy of the postmining <br />topography projections. Monitoring for this purpose will remain the same as in the past, utilizing <br />accepted aerophotogrammetric methods. <br />Response <br />The 1996 Annual Report Man. Exhibit 10. shows the mine configuration and reclamation progress as <br />of the October 5, 1996 aerial flight. <br />Three cross section (1-l', 2-2' and 3-3') aze submitted which compaze the actual versus the predicted <br />postmining topography, as well as the pre-mine topography and original box cut/F or X seam contour <br />line. These cross sections are submitted as Exhibit 11. These cross sections indicate that the difference <br />between the actual versus predicted postmining topography is very slight and well within acceptable <br />mining practice. <br /> <br />• <br />12 <br />
