<br />(MLRB) at their March 27-28, 1985 meeting. The followingy are concerns raisede ° ,
<br />during our review of your proposed reclamation costs. Also included is .a
<br />discussion pertaining to your annual report (some of which had previous)y been
<br />'discussed with Mr. Brown when we discussed the Climax Annual Report).

<br />of the proposed reclamation costs for this area reveals costs for only
<br />fertilizer application. The MLRB has historically only released seeding costs - =
<br />- once the vegetation has expressed itself. Since the area will not be planted

<br />' ~ until July, it will be necessary to include costs for seeding. -

<br />Along these same lines, if there are other areas were vegetation has yet to be ~ .
